11. Consequences of violation of Act, Rule and Permission.
- If any cart-man is found to have violated any of the provisions of the Act, these Rules and the permission, he shall in addition to any other penalty that may be imposed under the Act and the Rules, shall also be prohibited from participating in any bullock cart race event in future.
