Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 242 of 2016, registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal.

The accusation is that in course of vigilance inquiry, it was detected that the petitioner Smt. Ankita Bharti, wife of Uday Kumar, permanent resident of Village Gram Kotiya, Manikpur, P.S. Kurtha, District Arwal, having corresponding address, C/O Nagina Yadav, Village Kotiya, Manikpur, Post Pinjarwa, P.S. Patna High Court Cr.M isc. No.26493 of 2017 (4) dt.16-11-2017 Kurtha, District Arwal, is working as Panchayat Teacher at Primary School, Lalchak, Gram Panchayat, Nighwa. Smt. Ankita Bharti, wife of Ranvijay Kumar, Resident of Rojapar, P.S. Arwal, District Arwal, (petitioner) is also working as Panchayat Teacher at Nav Primary School, Bhimpura, Khapura, Gram Panchayat Fakharpur, District Arwal by producing same Matriculation, Intermediate and T.E.T. Certificates. On verification, it was also detected that their date of birth, roll number and roll code are same in Matriculation and Intermediate and T.E.T. certificate.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, her prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
