Section 8(8) in Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Members (Travelling & Daily Allowances) Rules, 1964
(8)Where a member is provided with free boarding and lodging at the expenses of the Government of India or Government of Rajasthan or any other State Government or a Local Fund or authority, he shall be entitled to receive only one fourth of the daily allowance admissible to him under these rules. If only boarding or lodging is allowed free to a member, he shall be entitled to receive three-fourth of the daily allowance admissible to him under these rules.
