Section 5(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Saffron Rules, 2018
(1)Every registered dealer desiring to renew the Certificate of Registration shall, before the date of expiry of the Certificate of Registration made an application for renewal, to the Registration of Authority accompanied by a fee of rupees five hundred. On receipt of such application, together with such fee, the Registration Authority may renew the Certificate of Registration.
