Agarwal and Mr. Ramesh Dhara appears for the respondent nos. 1(a), (b) and (c) whereas Mr. Indrajit Sarkar, learned counsel appears for the respondent nos. 2 to 7. Hence service upon the respondents is dispensed with. Requisite number of informal paper books be filed within one week after long vacation. As soon as paper book is filed place it for hearing. Order impugned shall abide by the result of the appeal.
