Hence service upon the respondents is dispensed with. Requisite number of informal paper books be filed within one week after long vacation. As soon as paper book is filed place it for hearing. Order impugned shall abide by the result of the appeal.

GA 2582 & 2593 of 2009 are disposed off accordingly. 2 Let urgent xerox certified copy of this order be given to the parties, if applied for, by tomorrow upon compliance of all formalities.
