Section 12(5)(g) in The Rajasthan Weights and Measures (Enforcement) Rules, 1959

(g)No weighbridge or platform machine after it has been so verified and stamped by an Inspector, shall be removed or dismantled from original site without the prior approval of the Controller or Assistant Controller.
