(1)The State Government shall establish a full-fledged Police Training Centre for ensuring efficient post-induction training of all directly-recruited Police personnel up to the rank of Sub- inspector, pre-promotions training for all those promoted to higher levels and such thematic and specialized in-service training courses for Police officers of different ranks and categories as deemed necessary from time to time.
