Section 14(7) in West Bengal Yoga and Naturopathic System of Medicine Rules, 2015
(7)Any money received by the council in advance towards payment of fees shall, if not claimed by the person entitled thereto within a period of three years, be credited at the end of the period to the accounts of the Council.
