41. Difference in valuation in Lower court and in High Court to be explained.
- When the court fee paid on, or the valuation stated in the memorandum of appeal differs from that paid or stated in the Lower Court, the difference shall be accounted for in foot-note to the memorandum of appeal at the time of the presentation of such memorandum and the party or the Advocate shall also at the same, time furnish all information and material necessary to explain the difference.
