(1)The air weapon dealer shall keep a register namely, the 'Air Weapon Stock Register', wherein on the debit side, all the receipts of air-weapons against an invoice issued by manufacturers or dealers as the case may be; or in case of other person with details of name and address of such person, shall be recorded with the date of such receipt and on the credit side, all the sales or transfers of air weapons against sales invoice to be issued shall be recorded with the date of such sale or transfer containing full details of the name and address of the buyer:Provided that the licensee shall obtain and keep in his records proof of identification and proof of residence of the buyer and also of the seller at the time of purchase except in case of a trade transfer.
