55. Vacating of Office.
- (l) Any member other than an ex-officio member, of any Authority or body of the University may resign his office, by a letter addressed to the Vice-Chancellor Such resignation shall take effect immediately on its acceptance and communication to the concerned.(2)Any member of any Authority or body of the University shall cease to be a member on his being convicted by a court of law of an offence, which involves moral turpitude.
