Section 7(2) in The Karnataka Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes And Other Backward Classes (Reservation Of Appointment) Act 1990
(2)Any officer authorised by the State Government in this behalf may inspect the records of an authority which is required to maintain under subsection (1) for the purpose of ensuring proper implementation of the provisions of this Act and rules made thereunder.
