% 31.05.2023 One of the claims of the Petitioners in the present petition relates to grant of MACP.
While it is the case of the Petitioners as incorporated in para 7 of the writ petition that a number of employees of the School are being given MACP, which is not denied in the counter affidavit, however, today as a part of the written submissions filed on behalf of the School, it is stated in para 13 at page D that no member of the staff has been paid MACP.
Let a short affidavit be filed by the School during the course of the day.
