Section 123(2) in The United Provinces Tenancy Act, 1939
(2)When the State government or any authority empowered by it in this behalf, remits or suspends rent under the provisions of sub-section (1) it shall, in accordance with the provisions of Sixth Schedule, remit or suspend for a like period, the whole or a portion of the revenue assessed on such mahal.
