Section 14(1) in The Rajasthan Zamindari and Biswedari Abolition Act, 1959
(1)Subject to the other provisions of this Act, the State Government shall pay to every Zamindar or Biswedar who is divested of his estate under this Act, out of the Consolidated Fund of the State, compensation which shall be determined in accordance with the principles laid down in the Schedule annexed hereto.
