227. Reference date.
- Unless otherwise provided in this Chapter, an issuer making an initial public offer of specified securities shall satisfy the conditions of this Chapter as on the date of filing of the draft offer document with the SME exchange and also as on the date of [filing] [Substituted 'registering' by Notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2020/1, dated 1.1.2020 (w.e.f. 11.9.2018).] the offer document with the Registrar of Companies.
