Section 26(1) in Himachal Pradesh State Legal Services Authority Regulations, 1996
(1)The Member Secretary shall prepare the minutes of the proceedings of every meeting as soon as possible after the meeting and on obtaining the approval of the Patron-in-Chief and Executive Chairman, shall circulate the minutes to the members.
