Section 22(1) in The Rajasthan Land Reforms and Resumption of Jagirs Rules, 1954
(1)The Jagirdar shall submit to the officers taking over such charge a list of the properties which he claims as his private and personal properties under sub-section (1) of section 23 of the Act.
