Section 161(2)(a) in New Town, Kolkata Development Authority Act, 2007

(a)A notice relating of the draft regulations shall be published in one or more of the local newspapers circulated within New Town, Kolkata or if there be to such newspaper, in such manner as the-Development Authority may direct.
