Section 20 in The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1998
20. Delegation.
- The Board may, with the previous approval of Government and by notification, delegate any of its powers other than the power to make regulations, not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act and rules made thereunder, to its Vice-Chairman and other officers.
