Section 8(1) in The Kerala Paper Lotteries (Regulation) Rules, 2005

(1)The Draw of each Lottery shall normally be conducted at Thiruvananthapuram or at any other place in the State as decided by [the Direct] [Substituted 'Government' by Notification S.R.O. No. 225/2008, dated 20.2.2008 (w.e.f. 20.4.2005)].
