Section 22(1) in The Karnataka Lokayukta Act, 1984
(1)Every public servant referred to in sub-section (1) of section 7, other than a Government servant, shall within three months after the commencement of this Act and thereafter before the 30th June of every year submit to the Lokayukta in the prescribed form a statement of his assets and liabilities and [those of the] [Substituted by Act 31 of 1986 w.e.f. 16.6.1986.] members of his family.
