Section 3A in Tamil Nadu Hackney Carriage Act, 1911
3A. Prohibition of drawing or pushing hand-rickshaw.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, no person shall, with effect from the date specified in a notification issued in this behalf by the State Government, draw or push any hand-rickshaw.
