Section 317(2) in The M.P. Municipal Corporation Act, 1956
(2)When any public street or part thereof is permanently closed under sub-section (1), the site of such street, or of the part thereof which has been closed, may be disposed of, subject to the provisions of Section SO as land belonging to the Corporation.
