Section 6(3) in The Goa Entertainment Tax Act, 1964
(3)If any person prevents or obstructs the entry of the inspecting officer, he shall, in addition to any other punishment to which he may be liable under any law for the time being in force, be punished with fine which may extend to [five thousand rupees] [In place of words 'five hundred rupees' substituted by the Amendment Act 20 of 2006.] on conviction before a Magistrate.
