Section 394(1) in The Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957
(1)The Municipal Health Officer shall be the Chief Registrar of births and deaths for Delhi and shall keep in such form as may be prescribed by bye-laws a register of all births and deaths occurring in [the area of the Corporation] [Substituted by Delhi Act 12 of 2011, section 2(c), for "Delhi" (w.e.f. 13-1-2012)]
