77E. Prohibition of distraint where decree for rent has been obtained.
- Where the landholder has sued for any arrear of rent and obtained a decree, he shall have no right to distrain movable property for such arrear or to bring the holding to sale therefor under sections 111 to 131 and all proceedings to sell the holding for such arrear taken before the passing of the decree shall be stopped and not proceeded with further.
