Section 14(vi) in The Orissa Motor Vehicles (Producer of Gas) Rules, 1993
(vi)place the vehicle or cause or allow it to be placed in any garage or shed unless the garage or shed is provided with a permanent opening or openings, for sufficient ventilation other than doors or windows that may be closed.
