Section 24 in The Orissa Circuit Houses and Inspection Bungalows Rules, 1985
24. Over-all control and direction.
- Notwithstanding anything contained hereinbefore in these rules, Government in the Revenue Department nay issue any directive at any time regarding entitlement of functionaries to accommodation in the Circuit Houses/Bungalows on specific terms and conditions and in respect of all other matters concerning the control, management and up-keep of the Circuit House/Bungalows.
