Section 4(2) in Bihar Commission for Protection of Child Right Rules, 2010
(2)The Chairperson and members shall be appointed on the recommendation of a three member Selection Committee constituted by the State Government under the Chairmanship of the Minister-in-charge of the Social Welfare Department.
