Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that if the matter is referred to the Supreme Court Mediation Center, there is a possibility that if the parties sit across the table may find out some amicable solution to resolve their matrimonial discord.

The parties may appear before the Coordinator, Supreme Court Mediation Centre on 25.04.2023 at 11.00 a.m. After culmination of mediation proceedings, a report be submitted to this Court.
