Section 15 in Tamil Nadu Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2015
15. Removal of a member of Town Vending Committee.
- If, in the opinion of the authority referred to in sub-rule (3) of rule 11, any member of a Town Vending Committee persistently makes defaults in the performance of his duties imposed on him by or under the Act and these rules or exceeds or abuses his powers, then the said Authority may, by order, remove such member from the committee:Provided that such member shall be given a reasonable opportunity of hearing before his removal.
