Section 17 in Abhilashi University (Establishment And Regulation) Act, 2014
17. Authorities of the University.
- The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:-(i)the Governing Body;(ii)the Board of Management;(iii)the Academic Council; and(iv)such other authorities as may be declared by the statutes to be the authorities of the University.
