Section 17(v) in Jharkhand University of Technology Act, 2011
(v)No Person who has become or has been nominated as member of the Governing Body as the holder of a particular appointment or office shall continue to be a member of the Governing Body on his ceasing to be the holder of that particular appointment or Office.
