Section 17(11)(b) in The M.P. Bhumi Vikas Rules, 1984

(b)attested copy of the Khashra plan and Khatauni record, if any; or
(i)[ attested copy of No objection Certificate from Nazul (Provided that in case the No Objection Certificate for the entire approved layout has been taken from the concerned Nazul authority, Individual plot owners in the layout shall not be required to submit Individual No Objection Certificates from the Nazul authority : [Inserted by Notification No. F. 23 (107)-95-XXXII-(1), dated 31-8-1998.]
