Section 105C(1) in The Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888
(1)Subject to any regulations made by the Commissioner in this behalf, but without prejudice to the provisions of section 105B, where any person is in arrears of rent payable in respect of any corporation premises, the Commissioner may, by notice served in the manner provided for service of notice under sub-section (1) of section 105B, order that person to pay the same within such time not less than ten days as may be specified in the notice.
