264. Sittings of Committee.
- The sittings of a Committee shall be held on such days and at such hour as the Chairperson of the Committee may fix:Provided that if the Chairperson of the Committee is not readily available, the Secretary-General may fix the date and time of a sitting:Provided further that in the case of Select or Joint Committee on a Bill, if the Chairperson of the Committee is not readily available, the Secretary - General may, in consultation with the Minister concerned with the Bill, fix the date and time of a sitting.
