Section 21(3) in Multi-State Co-Operative Societies (Privileges, Properties and Funds, Accounts, Audit, Winding Up and Execution of Decrees, Orders and Decisions) Rules, 1985
(3)On receipt of such application, the Recovery Officer shall verify the correctness and genuineness of the particulars set forth in the application with the records, if any, in the office of the Central Registrar and prepare a demand notice in writing in duplicate in the form specified by the Central Registrar, setting forth the name of the defaulter and the amount due and forward it to the Sale Officer.
