RAMESH WAS ACESSED TO THE R1 AND DIRECT THE R3 TO PROVIDE
DETAILS OF THE EMPLOYER / PLACE WHERE THE AADHAR OF VIGNESH
RAMESH WAS ACCESSED TO THE R1 AND ETC.,

      THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, THE
COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:


                                ORDER

In this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:

"(i) Issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd Respondent to provide details of the employer/place where the Aadhar of Vignesh Ramesh was accused to the 1st Respondent.
(ii) Issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd Respondent to provide details of the employer/place where the Aadhar of Vignesh Ramesh was accessed to the 1st Respondent.
(iii) Issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent No.1 to take necessary action to trace the brother of the petitioner by taking the investigation as per the complaint at dated 16.05.2022 Annexure-B to its logical end."

2. Heard learned Senior counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the respondents and perused the material on record.

Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the younger brother of the petitioner is missing from 14.05.2022 and an FIR in Crime No.78/2022 has already been filed by respondent No.1-Police, but respondent No.1 is unable to proceed further due to lack/want of information in this regard from respondent Nos.2 and 3 and as such, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition.

4. Per contra, learned DSGI for respondent Nos.2 and 3 jointly submit that they would provide all necessary information available with them to respondent No.1, who may be directed to proceed further in accordance with law upon receipt of such information.

5. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by both sides, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of this petition by directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to provide all necessary information available with them to respondent No.1, within two weeks from today. Immediately upon respondent Nos.2 and 3 providing all available information to respondent No.1, respondent No.1 shall proceed further with the investigation and submit a final report as expeditiously as possible and within a period of six weeks -4- NC: 2024:KHC:26023 WP No. 14986 of 2024 from the date of submission of information by respondent Nos.2 and 3 to respondent No.1.

6. Subject to the aforesaid observations and directions, the petition stands disposed of.
