Section 28(viii) in Cuttack Development Authority (Planning and Building Standards) Regulations, 2001
(viii)if the use of the proposed site is for the purpose of establishing factory, ware house or work place which may cause annoyance and hazard to the health of the inhabitants of the neighbourhood;
