Section 9(1) in Jammu and Kashmir State Finance Commission for Panchayats and Municipalities Act, 2011.
(1)The Government shall make available to the Commission an officer not below the rank of Additional Secretary to Government having cumulative experience of working in Panchayats, local bodies or any other such institution, as may be prescribed by the Government, who shall be the Secretary of the Commission.
