45. FiIIing up of Vacancies.- (1) MI vacancies among the
members (other than ex-oGcio members) of any authority orbody of the University by reason of death, resignation orotherwise shall be filled, as soon as may be, by the person orauthority who or which appointed or nominated the memberwhose place has become vacant.
