Section 50(1) in Maharashtra Housing (Regulation And Development) Act, 2012
(1)The Chairpersons, Members, officers and other employees of the Competent Authority, the Housing Regulatory Authority or, the Housing Appellate Tribunal, as the case may be, shall be deemed, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of the provisions of this Act, to be the public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
