                                        ORAL ORDER

2. 04-12-2018

Heard Sri Ramesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Akbar Ali, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, who is solely arrayed as accused, apprehending his arrest in Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 122 of 2018 registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail in the event of his arrest or surrender.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it appears that since female members of village were in no man's land area with their cattle and informant had misbehaved, such occurrence had taken place. He further submits that it is true that in paragraph - 3 of the petition, it has been stated that petitioner is accused in two cases, but in family dispute, those cases were Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72233 of 2018(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 instituted.

However, on going through the F.I.R. as well as the fact stated in paragraph - 3 of the petition that petitioner is having criminal antecedent, I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail.

The prayer for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
