Section 18(1) in Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University Act, 2014
(1)The Registrar shall be appointed by the Executive Council on the recommendation of a selection committee as prescribed by Statues. His qualification, emoluments and terms and conditions of service shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
