The Court: The dispute before the Court is whether the interest calculated by the supplier/award-holder in terms of Section 16 of The MSME Act, 2006 matches with the calculation made on behalf of the award-debtor.
Learned counsel appearing for the award-debtor submits that the award- debtor has made full and final payment of the principal as well as the interest due from it and nothing further remains payable to the petitioner.
This is disputed on behalf of the petitioner. There are tables and calculations relied on by both the parties. List this matter on 22nd June, 2023.
