Section 12(1) in International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) University Act, 2013
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Board shall be responsible for the general superintendence, direction and control of the affairs of the Institute and shall exercise all the powers of the Institute not otherwise provided in this Act, the Statutes, the Ordinances or Regulations and shall have the power to review the work of the Finance Committee and the Building and Works Committee.
