Section 1(b) in U.P. Rules Regulating the Transit of Timber on the River Ganga above Garhmukhteswar in Meerut District and on its Tributaries in Indian Territory above Rishikesh, 1938
(b)On those portions of the river above Rishikesh an on those portions of its tributaries as aforesaid, which adjoin or are within the Garhwal Division of the Kumaun Circle by the Divisional Forest Officer of that Division.
