Section 32(1) in Bihar Trade Articles (Licences Unification) Order 1984
(1)From the date of commencement of this Order, the licensing orders mentioned in Schedule III shall stand repealed [xxx] [Omitted by G.S.R 47 dated 17.10.1985.] and the provisions of this Order shall have effect notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the licences repealed by this sub-clause.
