ORAL ORDER
3 02-09-2016Mr. Mrigendra Kumar, learned A.C. to A.A.G.-4 for the State in CWJC No.10973 of 2016 submits that he has received instructions and would be filing counter affidavit after serving the same on learned counsel representing these petitioners.
By the previous order passed on 20.8.2016, I had directed that the counter affidavit filed in CWJC No.10973 of 2016 should be a comprehensive counter affidavit covering Patna High Court CWJC No.10973 of 2016 (3) dt.02-09-2016 31 each of the writ petitions.
In the circumstances, learned State Counsel would be well advised to serve a copy of the counter affidavit on each of the writ petitioners forming batch of the present cases.
Any other counter affidavit earlier filed in any of the cases if it makes a departure from the stand to be taken by the State in CWJC No.10973 of 2016 would be taken into consideration.
The matters are passed over to be taken up on next Friday i.e. 09.09.2016.
